From the first minute we met Rita and Terry, David and I knew that we wanted her to be our celebrant and we never looked back.  Rita was professional, covered all bases and together with us created the most beautiful, heartfelt ceremony for our special day.  I still remember receiving our draft ceremony to review and being brought to tears because of how perfectly our ceremony reflected us and our family.

Rita is by far the best celebrant to choose for your wedding day!  I first learnt of Rita at my brother's wedding and fell in love with her years ago! Years later I knew I couldn’t choose anyone else but Rita!

Rita made me and my husband feel comfortable and confident in the lead up to the wedding, her attention to detail and understanding of the whole marriage process is beyond incredible.

On the day Rita and Terry dropped by to visit me getting ready to see if I was doing okay which is such a nice touch that they don’t have to do but they do it anyways! The entire ceremony was perfect, everything I ever wanted, the love story was so accurate and my entire (145 guests) were engaged the entire time! Afterwards the entire guest list raves about how good Rita was and how fantastic the whole ceremony was!  Terry doesn’t go unnoticed, he (Rita’s husband & business partner) is the most wonderful addition to Rita, he ensures all guests are okay.  I have a heavily pregnant guest which he had seen, he then sourced a seat for her to sit at the ceremony so she would be okay!  Little things like this are such a beautiful touch on your wedding day!  Oh and you can forget his funky Hawaiian shirts that are sure to make sure you smile!

All in all, I cannot fault Rita!  She is professional, knowledgeable and a really down to earth person!  I cannot recommend her enough.

Having been witness to many weddings, we can honestly say that Divine Celebrancy truly sets themselves apart in the level of care, love and support for couples getting married.   We knew we had found our celebrant after witnessing first-hand how Rita delicately and gracefully handled a sudden rain shower mid-ceremony at wedding for one of our friends.

Rita and Terry were an absolute pleasure to deal with.  From the start we were made to feel welcome and there was plenty of laughter and no questions was too small.  We chose to write our vows and Rita was on hand every step of the way as a great sounding board and to help us if we got stuck.

Being apart of the Armed service family it was important to incorporate the traditional welcome and acknowledgement to those who have served and are currently serving in our armed services into our ceremony. Rita had never come across this type of welcome before in the ceremonies she had officiated and not only did she take it in her stride, it was flawless.  Both Michael and my heartfelt thank you go to Her for accommodating what was important to us in the ceremony.

The last thing you want to be concerned with is lodging your intent to marry forms, thankfully this was taken care of for us and the depth of knowledge in explaining the forms to us and what everything meant was astounding. All in all we could and would not have wanted anyone else to officiate our wedding ceremony.

Divine Celebrancy was highly recommended to us from close friends that had their marriage officiated by Rita. From this conversation with our friends, we knew we’d be in safe hands.

Upon our first meeting with Rita, we had all of the questions that we never knew we had answered so clearly and concisely. Before we knew it, we had signed our Notice of Intent which was organised so promptly by Rita.  Over the months leading up to our wedding, Rita kept in contact with us, gathering more information about our relationship, our family and friends.

Most importantly Rita became acquainted with our love story which was compiled reflective of who were are and accurately derived from a short survey we completed as well as informally through our conversations.

The week before our wedding, we held our ceremony rehearsal with Rita. Every possibility was nutted out, discussed and practiced and we very quickly noticed Rita’s attention to detail, organisation with music, microphones and speakers and professionalism as she had all the finer details that I hadn’t even thought of down pat that made for our wedding to be personalised. My mum even mentioned during the rehearsal that Rita seemed part of the family with her warm and caring nature.

We experienced horrendous wind conditions on the day of our wedding and having the ceremony on a cliff side golf course wasn’t the most ideal location. However, after seeing how calm Rita was and her reassuring me that the ceremony will go off without a hitch, I was immediately put to ease doing everything she could to ease my nerves. True to her word, our ceremony was absolutely lovely and it was my favorite part of our wedding. Our guests were in awe of Rita’s beautiful words and delivery of our story and we’re so glad we have a keepsake of that too.

We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to marry us.  Thank you so much Rita for creating such a special moment for us.

I can't thank Rita enough for ensuring that our wedding ceremony ran as smoothly as it did!  Rita was an amazing support system not only to Adrian but to myself whilst planning this wedding especially during a strict COVID lock down which felt like would never end.  Rita was always there to lend a listening ear and gave the best advice on our calls together. 

We also cant forget about the months worth of rain predicted in the lead up to our big day and with Ritas help, we had the most beautiful ceremony.  Probably even more beautiful than what we had initially planned with our outdoor ceremony despite it being organised a few days prior to move it indoors to the stunning Music Room.

When we met Rita there was an instant connection between us. It was like we had known her for years. We laughed, shared stories and finally sat and spoke about why we want to get married.

From the moment we sat down with Rita we knew we had picked the perfect celebrant for us.  She was warm and friendly and made every step of the marriage process as clear as day. We always knew what to expect, plus she made those steps as easy as possible for us both, which is such a relief when you’re already stressed out planning a wedding!  She truly felt like a mum to the both of us, and how beautiful to be married by someone that feels like your mum!  She truly made the day so special for us both, we couldn’t thank Rita enough.
