When it comes to selecting the M.C. for your wedding, one thing is certain; you want to make sure you choose the right person to ensure a fun, enjoyable and smooth running event so that you can just relax, and have a great time with your family and friends.
Having Rita as your Wedding Reception Master of Ceremonies as well as your Marriage Celebrant makes perfect sense as you have already formed a great connection in the lead up to your wedding day. Rita has taken the time to get to know you, so she can create and deliver a wedding ceremony that is personal and engaging and fun for your family and friends to witness and be a part of.
They say that the best MCs are the ones that make your guests feel like that they know you while at the same time are professional and engaging. With Rita as your MC it will feel like a professional, who is also a family friend, is taking care of all the details of your wonderful reception.
It is important to be organised so everything runs smoothly on your big day which is why Rita will meet with you separately to discuss your reception approximately 1 month prior to your wedding date. This is when she will gather information, share ideas and commence planning your fun-filled event.
At your reception, Rita will coordinate with you, your photographer, videographer and DJ to make sure all the important moments are captured. She will also communicate with the venue staff and your guests regarding everything from housekeeping, the bridal party’s entrance; the service of meals; introducing and assisting the speakers with their speeches and toasts; the cutting of the wedding cake; games and getting the party started on the dance floor, right through to your exit at the of the event.
